FarmLink Diesel & Fertiliser Survey

In late March 2026, FarmLink surveyed cropping farmers across the region to better understand current access to diesel and fertiliser ahead of the 2026 season.

Over fifty farmers responded, representing a broad range of operations from 160 to 20,000 hectares. The survey covered diesel supply and confidence, Urea and MAP fertiliser availability, input cost pressures, and planned responses for the season ahead.

The results are presented here to inform members and support informed decision-making across the sector.
