Bookkeeper

Farmlink Research Limited is a not-for-profit membership organization of growers, advisers and researchers in southern NSW. Encompassing landowners and farming businesses, we coordinate funding and delivering agricultural Research, Development and Extension (RDE) projects and events in the region across cropping, livestock and mixed farming.

With operations based at the Temora Agricultural Innovation Centre (TAIC), the farm site is a hub of field trials and a commercial farm, striving to be a “model farm” of innovation and excellence.

A position as our bookkeeper has become available.

The applicant will be a practical, self-motivated, flexible person able to work effectively in a busy team environment. To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting with sound Xero skills (we are currently transitioning from MYOB), liaising with our accountants and auditors.

You will be required to prepare financial reports for our Board meetings and the F&A Committee, including general bookkeeping such as BAS, payroll, superannuation, invoicing, financial reporting for our projects, and other bookkeeping activities.

You may be based at the TAIC or work remotely or a combination of both.

If you believe you have the skills and wish to be a part of the FarmLink team, please call the CEO Shaughn Morgan for a confidential discussion on 0401 421 214. You may also express your interest via email at shaughn@farmlink.com.au
